• Продление срока регистрации для участия в конференции «Моря России-2020»

    Уважаемые коллеги! Срок регистрации для участия во Всероссийской научной конференции «Моря России: исследования береговой и шельфовой зон» (XXVIII Береговая конференция) продлен до 31 марта 2020 года. Для получения поддержки РФФИ не менее 50% докладов, поданных на конференцию, должны быть поддержаны грантами РФФИ. Поэтому регистрационная форма дополнена пунктом «Перечень номеров действующих или ранее завершенных грантов РФФИ, в рамках которых выполнена работа».

  • The First Informational Letter of All-Russian Scientific Conference “The Seas of Russia: Research of the Coastal and Offshore Zones”

    The All-Russian Scientific Conference “The Seas of Russia: Research of the Coastal and Offshore Zones” (the 28th Coastal Conference) will be held on the basis of Federal State Budgetary Scientific Institution Federal Research Center "Marine Hydrophysical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences" on September 21–25, 2020. Its purpose is to discuss topical issues of multidisciplinary research of shelf and coastal zones of the Russian seas, aimed at solving the issues of their development and scientifically based nature management. Holding of this conference continues the traditions laid down in 1952 by the 1st Coastal Conference, which approved the creation of the Coastal Section of the Interagency Oceanographic Commission of the USSR Academy of Sciences (now the Sea Shores Working Group).

  • Summary of the All-Russian Scientific Conference “Seas of Russia: Fundamental and Applied Research”

    September 23 to 28, 2019, All-Russian Scientific Conference “Seas of Russia: Fundamental and Applied Research”, dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Marine Hydrophysical Institute, was held in Sevastopol at the base of Marine Hydrophysical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. The conference was organized by: Federal State Budget Scientific Institution Federal Research Center “Marine Hydrophysical Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences” (FSBSI FRC MHI) and the Section of Oceanology, Atmospheric Physics and Geography of the Department of Earth Sciences of the Russian Academy of Sciences supported by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research.

  • MHI 90th Anniversary Ceremonial Meeting

    September 23, in the MHI Big Conference Hall a ceremonial meeting dedicated to the 90th anniversary of Marine Hydrophysical Institute was held. The event was held as part of the opening of the All-Russian Scientific Conference “Seas of Russia: Fundamental and Applied Research”, which this year coincides with the 90th anniversary of the Institute. The event was opened by Sergey K. Konovalov, the Director of Marine Hydrophysical Institute, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences. After welcoming remarks, reports on the current state, history and prospects of the institute were presented.

    The terms of payment of registration fees for the participation in the All-Russian Scientific Conference "Seas of Russia: Basic and Applied Research" are transferred in connection with the reorganization of Federal State Budgetary Institution of Science "Marine Hydrophysical Institute of RAS" into Federal State Budgetary Institution of Science Federal Research Center "Marine Hydrophysical Institute of RAS" and the need to purchase cash register equipment.
